Runway shows can be pretty fabulous, but really the way people interpret them is what truly creates fashion and trends. This year when looking at street style during fashion week, what people were wearing off the runways directly correlated with what was being shown on the runways. In a way, the off- the- runway looks were even better, because each man personal added their personal style and confidence to the look. During Fashion Week I scoured through hundreds of men and outfits to find some fabulous dressed people. The men I found, featured below, looked polished and trendy without going over the top.
Wilson looks amazing in his red checked blazer and bowtie and accessorizes perfectly with a white satchel.
Edu owns this look featuring cuffed pants and blue scarf, shoes, and wallet.
Rueben, who blogs about vintage fashion, clearly knows his stuff! He accessorizes with a vintage brown doctor bag and fancy wing tip shoes. The color combo of the brown, black and red is unexpected and different.
Loic, who is originally from Switzerland but lives in Madrid, looks very urban with his black skinny pants and skinny tie. He is living proof that combining black and brown can look very cool.
I ran into Juan in line for the Robertta Torretta runway show. I had to stop and take his picture, because to me he looks right on trend but also it seems effortless, the mussed hair and the glasses, and I love those shoes.
Do you think you have great style? Well send us a pic and let us know!
